MODULE 1: Let’s Find Your Body Types

This foundational module is designed to help participants gain a thorough understanding of their unique body structure and proportions, which is essential for building a polished and confident personal image. By the end of this module, participants will have a clear understanding of their body type and practical guidance on dressing to enhance their appearance, confidence and professional image.

PART 1: Body Analysis

Participants undergo a comprehensive assessment to identify their key body measurements, proportions and shape characteristics. This analysis provides practical insights into which styles, cuts and silhouettes will best enhance their natural features.

PART 2: Body Types (US, Asian, Japan)

Building on the analysis, this segment explores international body type classifications, including US, Asian and Japanese standards. Participants will learn how these different frameworks define body shapes and how to apply this knowledge when selecting clothing, accessories and styling techniques that flatter their figure.

MODULE 2: Face analysis

This module focuses on understanding facial features and how to highlight them effectively to create a balanced and harmonious appearance. By the end of this module, participants will have the skills and confidence to enhance their facial features through styling, makeup and accessories, creating a professional and refined personal image.

PART 1: Face Shapes Evaluation

Participants learn to identify their face shape and unique facial features. Understanding these characteristics provides the foundation for selecting flattering hairstyles, makeup and accessories.

PART 2: Makeup & Hijab Tutorial

Customised to individual face shapes, participants receive hands-on guidance on makeup application and hijab styling techniques that enhance their natural beauty while maintaining elegance and professionalism.

PART 3: Demo

A live demonstration reinforces practical application, showing participants how to implement the techniques learned, from face shape evaluation to styling, for a cohesive and polished look.
